Throughout his career Simon has taken on several struggling business units, delivered a turnaround strategy, with a focus on commercial common sense.

Simon is an experienced and tenacious professional, who has worked with many different sized businesses from new start-ups through to larger, established public limited companies. With an in-depth knowledge and hands on experience in the technology, retail, internet and ecommerce sectors.

In addition, Simon has extensive Boardroom experience and has worked with Venture Capital, Private Equity and individual private investors.

Fees are tailored to suit the client and can be based on hourly rates, fixed project prices, profit share or any combination of these elements.
